Message us on WhatsApp

Report a repair, send a photo, or ask a question from the app you already use. A ticket opens from your message and updates come back in the same chat.

How it works

The button opens a chat with our maintenance desk. Nothing is installed and nothing on this site watches you type.

1. Say what is wrong

Tell us your address or unit and what you are seeing. A photo or a short video of the problem saves a visit, so send one if you can.

2. Answer a question or two

The desk may ask something to sort out how urgent it is, for example whether you can reach a shutoff valve. Reply in the chat.

3. Get a ticket number

Your request is opened as a ticket with the photos attached, and updates on it come back to you in the same WhatsApp conversation.

Not for emergencies

If there is fire, a serious gas leak, or a threat to anyone's safety, call 911 first. For no heat in winter, no running water, an active leak, a sewage backup, or a property left unsecured, call our emergency line. A phone call reaches a person at any hour; a message is read in order.

About messaging us

  • What it costs. We charge nothing. WhatsApp uses your data connection or Wi-Fi rather than text-message rates.
  • Who reads it. The Rosevine Management maintenance desk. A first reply may be automatic so a ticket opens straight away; a person follows up on it.
  • Updates. When we ask whether you want updates on your ticket in this chat and you say yes, we send them here. Reply STOP at any time to end them.
  • Prefer texting. Ordinary text updates are separate and have their own opt-in. Manage those on the text message preferences page.
  • Your number. We use it to reach you about your own request and for nothing else. See our privacy policy.

WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. Rosevine Management is not affiliated with Meta; the WhatsApp name and logo are used to identify the service the button opens.
